We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Worker to support our operations in Huntsville, Alabama. This role is foundational to our logistics success, involving a variety of tasks essential for smooth warehouse functioning. You will be involved in receiving, storing, and shipping goods, ensuring efficient inventory management and timely order fulfillment. This position requires physical stamina, a methodical approach, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and organized environment. You will be a key player in our supply chain, working collaboratively with team members. Key Responsibilities:
- Load and unload materials from trucks and containers.
- Stock and organize inventory within the warehouse.
- Pick and pack orders accurately for shipment.
- Operate material handling equipment as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company policies and safety procedures, including the use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory management and reconciliation.
- Support shipping and receiving activities.
Previous warehouse experience is a plus. Must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs consistently. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods. Strong work ethic and reliability. Understanding of basic warehouse and logistics principles. A commitment to workplace safety is paramount. High school diploma or equivalent.
