We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Worker to join our team in Boise, Idaho. This role is essential for the smooth functioning of our logistics and distribution center. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. A commitment to Safety, accuracy, and efficiency is paramount. The ideal candidate is a team player, possesses a strong work ethic, and is capable of performing physical tasks. Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming inventory.
- Stock shelves and organize products within the warehouse.
- Accurately pick items for customer orders.
- Pack products securely for shipment.
- Prepare orders for outgoing delivery.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
- Adhere to all Safety guidelines and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Assist with inventory control and cycle counts.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, and Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliability and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and occasional overtime.
- Understanding of warehouse Safety standards.
