We are hiring a Fulfillment Associate to handle the end-to-end process of order fulfillment, from receiving goods to dispatching them to customers. This role is essential for our logistics operations, demanding accuracy, efficiency, and a keen eye for detail. You will be responsible for picking items, packing them securely, and ensuring they are ready for shipping, while also assisting with inventory management and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. We emphasize a strong culture of Safety, and all associates are required to adhere to strict protocols and utilize appropriate PPE. This position involves regular physical activity, including significant amounts of Lifting. Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming inventory.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specifications.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and documentation.
- Manage inventory levels and assist with stocktaking.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
- Follow all Safety regulations and utilize required PPE.
- Contribute to team efforts by assisting in various warehouse operations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve order discrepancies or issues.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for our logistics processes.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in fulfillment, warehouse, or logistics is highly desirable.
- Ability to perform moderate to heavy Lifting, up to 40 lbs.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated understanding of warehouse Safety procedures and the importance of PPE.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and move throughout the entire shift.
