We are looking for enthusiastic Warehouse Associates to join our team at our Orlando, Florida location. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be an integral part of our logistics operations, contributing to the efficient handling of goods from receipt to dispatch. Your duties will include receiving inventory, stocking shelves, picking and packing orders, and preparing shipments. This role demands an energetic and proactive individual who is comfortable performing physical tasks, including regular Lifting of items up to 50 pounds. Maintaining a safe working environment is paramount; all associates are required to strictly follow safety guidelines and utilize appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). Responsibilities:
- Receive and process warehouse stock products.
- Pick and pack orders accurately for shipment.
- Restock inventory on shelves and in designated areas.
- Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of PPE.
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory verification.
- Support overall Logistics efficiency and workflow.
- Perform duties requiring moderate to heavy Lifting.
- Communicate any issues or discrepancies to supervisors.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus.
- Ability to stand for long hours and perform frequent Lifting.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and basic Logistics.
- Understanding of safety protocols and the importance of PPE.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
