We are hiring a dedicated Distribution Center Associate for our facility in Indianapolis, Indiana. This role is fundamental to the smooth operation of our warehouse, involving a variety of tasks such as receiving, stocking, order fulfillment, and shipping. You will be responsible for unloading incoming shipments, verifying contents against packing slips, safely storing merchandise, and picking/packing orders with precision. Maintaining a clean and organized workspace is paramount, as is adhering to all safety regulations. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to grow within the logistics industry. Key responsibilities include managing inventory movements, ensuring accurate order processing, and contributing to overall warehouse efficiency. A commitment to safety is non-negotiable; you will be required to wear appropriate PPE and follow all established safety procedures. This role requires the ability to handle frequent lifting of goods. We provide a supportive work environment and a competitive compensation package, with this role offering $18.00 per hour within the $16.00-$24.00/hr range.
