We are seeking energetic and reliable Warehouse Workers to join our growing team in Nashville, Tennessee. As a Warehouse Worker, you will perform a variety of tasks including receiving and stocking inventory, picking and packing orders, and preparing shipments. This role is fundamental to our Logistics success, ensuring that our warehouse operates smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, unpack, and stock incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick and pack customer orders with speed and precision.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment like pallet jacks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Follow all company Safety guidelines and procedures diligently.
- Participate in inventory counts and stock replenishment.
- Assist with loading and unloading of trucks as required.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is beneficial.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and Logistics.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Willingness to strictly adhere to all Safety protocols.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
