We are seeking motivated and reliable Picker/Packers to join our dynamic team in Grand Rapids, Michigan. As a Picker/Packer, you will play a crucial role in our daily logistics operations, ensuring that customer orders are accurately fulfilled and prepared for shipment. Your primary responsibilities will include accurately picking items from warehouse shelves using order sheets or scanning devices, carefully packing items into appropriate boxes or containers, and ensuring that all products are secured and protected for transit. You will also be responsible for labeling packages correctly, conducting quality checks to prevent errors, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. This role requires attention to detail, efficiency, and a commitment to workplace safety. We are looking for individuals who can work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a strong work ethic and a proactive approach to tasks. Familiarity with warehouse environments and basic inventory management is a plus. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with physical tasks, including frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting. Compliance with all safety protocols and proper use of required PPE is mandatory. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing company in the logistics sector.
Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Commitment to safety procedures and use of PPE.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
