Huntsville, Alabama, is seeking an experienced Distribution Center Associate to join our dedicated logistics team. This role is integral to ensuring the efficient flow of goods through our facility. You will be involved in a wide range of activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. We are looking for individuals who are highly motivated, safety-conscious, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment. This position demands physical resilience, involving frequent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs, extended periods of standing and walking, and occasional bending and reaching. A strong understanding of warehouse operations and a commitment to Safety protocols are essential. You will be required to use personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times. Forklift operation experience is highly desirable, and opportunities for certification may be available. Responsibilities:
- Efficiently receive, process, and store incoming inventory.
- Accurately pick and pack orders for various shipping channels.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through diligent work.
- Ensure the workplace is clean, organized, and adheres to Safety standards.
- Comply with all company Safety policies and use designated PPE.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks.
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members to achieve operational goals.
