We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team in Cincinnati, Ohio. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of warehouse tasks including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming inventory, verifying against purchase orders.
- Sort, stock, and organize merchandise in designated warehouse areas.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using order sheets or scanning equipment.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling, palletizing, and staging.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts, safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and physical inventories.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, with a strong focus on Safety.
- Wear and maintain all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assist with other warehouse duties as needed to support team goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required for motivated candidates.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Basic understanding of warehouse logistics and inventory management principles.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to adhering to Safety guidelines and procedures.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong desire to succeed.
- Must be willing to wear and properly use PPE.
