Responsibilities:
- Process incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Organize and maintain inventory within the warehouse.
- Fulfill orders by accurately picking and packing items.
- Prepare products for shipment, including labeling and packaging.
- Operate warehouse machinery safely and effectively.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work environment, prioritizing Safety.
- Conduct inventory checks and report discrepancies.
- Follow all company guidelines and procedures for material handling.
- Use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required for each task.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or related field is advantageous.
- Capability of performing tasks requiring physical exertion, including Lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Understanding of Safety regulations in a warehouse setting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Commitment to adhering to PPE requirements.
