Join our dedicated team in St. Louis, Missouri, as a Warehouse Worker! We are seeking hardworking individuals to perform a variety of tasks within our busy warehouse. Your responsibilities will include receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, and organizing and retrieving stock in the warehouse. This role is fundamental to our logistics operations, ensuring that products are handled with care and efficiency. The ideal candidate will be dependable, possess a strong work ethic, and be comfortable performing physical tasks. A commitment to safety, including the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is essential. This is a great opportunity to be part of a growing company and contribute to our success.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming stock and materials.
- Inspect and verify incoming shipments for damages or discrepancies.
- Pick and fill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Pack and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper packaging.
- Organize and maintain stock in designated warehouse locations.
- Use RF scanners to track inventory and manage stock movements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including proper lifting techniques and the use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory counts and stocktaking.
- Support the logistics team in achieving operational goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of warehouse safety and the importance of PPE.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
