We are seeking a diligent Warehouse Associate to join our team in Cincinnati, Ohio. This versatile role is integral to our warehouse operations, encompassing a range of responsibilities from receiving and stocking merchandise to picking and packing orders for shipment. You will contribute to the smooth functioning of our logistics network, ensuring that products are handled efficiently and accurately. Our warehouse environment prioritizes Safety, and all associates are expected to adhere to established protocols, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This position requires a good level of physical fitness, including the ability to perform tasks involving moderate Lifting. Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming inventory.
- Stock shelves and organize merchandise.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately.
- Prepare shipments for delivery, including labeling and staging.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment.
- Adhere to all company Safety guidelines and wear necessary PPE.
- Participate in inventory counts and stock checks.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of logistics processes.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred.
- Ability to perform tasks involving moderate Lifting (up to 40 lbs).
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Understanding of warehouse Safety practices and willingness to use PPE.
