Responsibilities:
- Process incoming and outgoing freight.
- Sort and place items on racks, shelves, or bins according to company procedures.
- Assemble customer orders from stock and place on specified transport.
- Use equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks to move material.
- Ensure the warehouse is kept clean and organized, following all safety regulations.
- Wear appropriate PPE during all warehouse activities.
- Perform inventory checks and assist in maintaining accurate stock levels.
- Communicate any issues or concerns to management promptly.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet daily operational goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is advantageous.
- Ability to handle frequent lifting up to 40 lbs.
- Good organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Familiarity with basic warehouse safety practices.
