Your role is essential in ensuring that our customers receive the right products on time, contributing directly to our operational success. You will use RF scanners and other tools to navigate the warehouse and retrieve items from shelves. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using an RF scanner or pick list.
- Locate products within the warehouse according to established layouts.
- Verify picked items against order details to ensure correctness.
- Package items securely for shipping.
- Stage picked orders for consolidation and shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Report any stock discrepancies or damages to a supervisor.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily picking goals.
- Practice safe lifting techniques for various product weights.
- Follow all safety regulations and utilize provided PPE without exception.
Qualifications:
- Previous order picking experience is advantageous.
- Familiarity with RF scanning technology is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret product labels and order information.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity targets.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and perform lifting tasks regularly.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Commitment to workplace safety and consistent use of PPE.
