Responsibilities:
- Safely operate forklifts to move pallets, materials, and products.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles with efficiency and care.
- Organize and stack inventory in designated areas of the warehouse.
- Conduct daily inspections of forklift equipment and report any issues.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
- Follow all safety regulations and wear appropriate PPE at all times.
- Coordinate with shipping and receiving teams to ensure timely movement of goods.
- Prevent damage to products and equipment through careful operation.
- Contribute to a positive and productive team environment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Forklift Operator is mandatory.
- Certification for forklift operation is highly desirable.
- Capability to handle significant lifting up to 60 lbs.
- Solid understanding of warehouse logistics and inventory flow.
- Dedication to maintaining a safe work environment.
- Excellent spatial awareness and precision in operation.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Reliability and a strong sense of responsibility.
