Are you ready to be a key player in our fast-paced Phoenix, Arizona fulfillment center? We are seeking energetic Fulfillment Associates to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in the accurate and timely processing of customer orders, from picking items to packing and preparing them for shipment. This position demands efficiency, precision, and a strong commitment to maintaining our high standards of service within the logistics sector. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and verify items for customer orders using scanning technology.
- Pack orders with care and efficiency, ensuring product integrity and presentation.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for carrier pickup.
- Receive and process incoming inventory, verifying counts and quality.
- Organize and maintain stock within the fulfillment center.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and potentially forklifts (certification required).
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with stocktaking.
- Uphold all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandated use of PPE.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics for speed and accuracy.
- Employ proper lifting techniques to ensure personal safety and prevent product damage.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a fulfillment, warehouse, or logistics role is highly desirable.
- Proficiency with handheld scanners and inventory management systems.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the entire shift.
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
- Willingness to adhere to all safety regulations and wear appropriate PPE.
- Reliable and punctual attendance.
