We are hiring a dedicated Fulfillment Associate for our growing warehouse in Cincinnati, Ohio. In this role, you will play a key part in the entire fulfillment cycle, from receiving incoming goods to preparing outgoing shipments. Your responsibilities will include picking, packing, kitting, and shipping products while ensuring accuracy and efficiency. This position is vital to our logistics network, ensuring our customers receive their orders correctly and on time. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, works well in a fast-paced environment, and understands the importance of safety and teamwork. We provide all necessary PPE and training to ensure a safe working environment.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and stock inventory accurately.
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision and speed.
- Assemble kits and prepare products for shipment.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Conduct quality checks to verify order accuracy and product condition.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures, including proper Lifting techniques.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to enhance operational efficiency.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and assist with inventory accuracy.
- Wear all required PPE at all times in designated areas.
- Support overall logistics operations and team goals.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center is advantageous.
- Ability to perform manual tasks, including consistent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus.
- Understanding of basic logistics principles and warehouse operations.
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional overtime.
