We are hiring a Warehouse Worker for our San Jose, California location. This role involves a variety of tasks essential to the smooth functioning of our warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, order fulfillment, and general housekeeping. You will play a key part in our logistics chain, ensuring that products move efficiently and accurately through the facility. Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the unloading and receiving of incoming shipments.
- Stocking received goods in appropriate warehouse locations.
- Picking and preparing orders for shipment with accuracy.
- Packing items for safe transport.
- Performing general warehouse cleaning and organization duties.
- Adhering to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Properly using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required.
- Conducting basic inventory checks and assisting with stock management.
- Supporting team members in various warehouse tasks.
- Contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not required.
- Capability for consistent Lifting (up to 45 lbs).
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory.
- Strong commitment to workplace Safety.
- Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
