We are seeking motivated and reliable Order Pickers to join our dynamic logistics team in Las Vegas, Nevada. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. Your attention to detail and efficiency are crucial for maintaining smooth warehouse operations. You will work closely with the warehouse management to ensure all orders are fulfilled accurately and on time, contributing directly to our supply chain success.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves based on order slips.
- Operate electric pallet jacks or forklifts to transport goods.
- Verify product information and quantities against order details.
- Package items securely for shipment, ensuring no damage during transit.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Report any discrepancies or issues to supervisors immediately.
- Meet daily picking quotas and performance targets.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as needed.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Previous warehouse or order picking experience preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Familiarity with scanning equipment is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
