Responsibilities:
- Accept and process incoming inventory, verifying quantities and quality.
- Store products in appropriate locations within the warehouse.
- Accurately pick items according to order specifications.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for safe transit.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, including labeling and documentation.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (e.g., pallet jacks).
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse space.
- Strictly follow all safety guidelines and wear designated Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assist with inventory management tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical duties, including frequent Lifting of items up to 40 lbs and prolonged standing.
- Keen attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Understanding of basic warehouse procedures and logistics flow.
- Strong ability to work collaboratively with team members.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and possess a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to adhere to all safety protocols.
