*The Role*
We’re seeking a compassionate and experienced *Occupational Therapist (OT)* to join our interdisciplinary team. You’ll evaluate and treat children with developmental delays, autism, and other challenges—helping them build skills for self-care, learning, play, and relationships. Collaboration with families and other providers is central to this role. At this time, we are not considering Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (i.e., COTAs).
* *Schedule:* Monday–Friday (no evenings past 6:30pm or weekends)
* *Reports to:* Lead OT & Clinical Director
*What You’ll Do*
* Evaluate and deliver individualized OT services in motor skills, sensory integration, self-care, and cognition
* Develop and implement treatment plans with family involvement
* Document progress and update treatment goals
* Collaborate with speech therapists, BCBAs, and behavior technicians
* Provide family training to support skill development at home
*Qualifications*
* Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT certified, MI license required)
* 5+ years of clinical experience (pediatric & autism experience preferred)
* CPR/First Aid certification preferred
* Strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills
