This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Fullstack Developer (Senior) - Python (Flask) + React in Latin America. As a Senior Fullstack Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality, scalable applications. You will work across the full software stack, from backend services in Python (Flask) to responsive front-end applications in React, supporting diverse projects with tangible business impact. Operating in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, you will partner with product owners, managers, and fellow developers to transform concepts into production-ready solutions. Accountabilities: Develop and maintain backend services using Python (Flask) and ORM frameworks like SQLAlchemy. Design and implement front-end applications with React, ensuring responsiveness and scalability. Collaborate with product owners, managers, and stakeholders to define requirements and deliver solutions. Take ownership of projects from initial concept through development, debugging, deployment, and iterative improvements. Build enterprise-level solutions with attention to scalability, maintainability, and performance. Work independently while coordinating with senior technology leaders and peers in an open, collaborative environment. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, code refactoring, and adoption of best practices in software development.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent professional experience. 5+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Software Developer, Software Engineer, or similar role with open-source technologies. Strong experience with Python (Flask/Django) and object-oriented programming. Proficiency with frontend JavaScript frameworks, particularly React. Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis. Familiarity with DevOps and development tools like Git, Docker, Jenkins, AWS, Vagrant, or Fabric.
Knowledge of automated CI/CD pipelines and Agile development practices. Strong software engineering fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, testable code, and object-oriented design. Preferred: experience in SaaS, B2B financial services, or alternative asset management environments.
