With a clear mandate, proven leadership, and strong market demand, 3M is scaling a cross‑functional global team of Strategy, Design, Software Development, Marketing and lead generation. This role is foundational to that growth and will play a central part in shaping how revenue is generated, scaled and sustained globally.
About the Role Head of Sales will be responsible for leading the entire commercial/sales function at MindsMeldMarketing. Reporting directly to the founders, you will define revenue strategy, establish scalable sales operations and build a high‑performance sales team serving startups, SMEs and enterprise clients across the US, UK and other specified international markets.
By working alongside the Head of Marketing, you will lead both inbound and outbound sales of high‑value digital marketing consultation, strategy, branding, web/software development and performance marketing clients – often within complex, multi‑stakeholder buying environments.
This is a hands‑on senior leadership role, requiring strategic vision, strong execution capability and the ability to build a solid sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Own the end‑to‑end sales strategy, including ICP definition, pricing frameworks, forecasting and revenue operations.
Design and execute go‑to‑market strategies across inbound, outbound, partnerships and account‑based sales.
Build predictable £1M+ annual pipelines, with consistent delivery of £100k–£500k+ deals and multi‑year retainers.
Work closely with Marketing, Growth and Delivery teams to ensure seamless sales‑to‑delivery transitions and long‑term client success.
Lead enterprise and mid‑market sales across startups, scale‑ups, SMEs and global organisations.
Sell consultative, solution‑led services including digital marketing and performance growth strategies, branding and digital identity transformation, web and application development, custom software and MarTech solutions.
Build and maintain trusted relationships with C‑suite and senior stakeholders (CEOs, CMOs, Founders, Heads of Growth).
Implement, optimise and scale sales infrastructure, including Salesforce and GoHighLevel, ZoomInfo, Cognism, Apollo and other compatible sales enablement tools, forecasting, attribution modelling and pipeline analytics.
Establish sales playbooks, KPIs, reporting frameworks and performance dashboards.
Use data‑driven insights to improve conversion rates, deal velocity, customer lifetime value and forecast accuracy.
Recruit, develop and scale a high‑performing sales team (BDRs, Account Executives, Account Managers).
Create a culture of commercial ownership, accountability and excellence.
Mentor and develop emerging sales leaders within the organisation.
What You’ll Bring
8+ years of senior sales experience, ideally within digital marketing or growth agencies, SaaS, MarTech or technology‑enabled services.
Demonstrated success closing complex, high‑value deals and scaling revenue functions.
Strong understanding of digital/performance marketing and growth ecosystems, funnel design, attribution and ROI‑led selling, CRM‑driven sales organisations.
Hands‑on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot or equivalent CRM platforms.
A well‑established network of senior decision‑makers across startups, SMEs and enterprise organisations.
Proven experience building, managing and leading sales teams in fast‑growth environments.
