Are you a *qualified Early Years Practitioner* looking for flexibility, variety, and the chance to work in a supportive, friendly nursery environment?
We’re looking for passionate and reliable *Bank Practitioners* to join our team at *Little Chiefs Day Nursery, Boston*.

The Role
As a *Bank Practitioner*, you’ll provide cover for staff absences, holidays, and busy periods across our nursery rooms. You’ll:
* Support the learning and development of children aged 0–11 years.
* Deliver engaging activities tailored to children’s interests and next steps.
* Ensure children’s safety and wellbeing at all times.
* Work as part of a friendly, supportive team that values professionalism and fun in equal measure.
What We’re Looking For
* *Level 2 or Level 3 qualification* in Early Years or Childcare (essential).
* Sound understanding of the *EYFS* and safeguarding requirements.
* A caring, patient, and positive approach.
* Flexibility to work across different age groups and shifts.
* An enhanced *DBS check* (or willingness to obtain one).
