What You'll Do
* Greet customers and guide them through their buying journey * Learn and master product knowledge to educate customers with confidence * Deliver a customer-focused, consultative sales approach (no high-pressure tactics) * Set and achieve personal and team goals * Work alongside managers to gain leadership and operational experience * Help maintain store standards, promotions, and displays
