Our Fort Worth, Texas facility is looking for dedicated Warehouse Workers to contribute to our efficient logistics operations. As a Warehouse Worker, you will perform a variety of tasks including receiving and stowing incoming goods, picking and packing orders, loading and unloading trucks, and maintaining general warehouse cleanliness. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth flow of inventory and timely fulfillment of customer orders. The role requires physical dexterity, the ability to work in a team, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Familiarity with warehouse procedures and a commitment to safety are paramount. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles.
- Organize and maintain warehouse inventory.
- Operate manual and powered equipment safely.
- Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory management.
- Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized.
- Follow all safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar setting is a plus.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring regular Lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Strong team player with good communication skills.
- Understanding of basic logistics principles.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and occasional overtime.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
