Your responsibilities will include operating forklifts (certification may be required or provided), loading and unloading trucks, and maintaining inventory accuracy. You will be working in a team-oriented atmosphere, collaborating with colleagues to meet daily targets and contribute to overall operational efficiency. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory.
- Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing orders for shipment.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Conduct inventory checks and assist with stock management.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety regulations, including the proper use of PPE.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks.
- Identify and report any damaged goods or safety hazards.
- Must be able to handle lifting of items up to 50 pounds regularly.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment (forklift experience a bonus).
- Understanding of warehouse procedures and logistics principles.
- Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Willingness to wear required PPE.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to all protocols.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
