Join our dynamic team as a Fulfillment Associate in San Antonio, Texas! This role is essential for ensuring that our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. You will be responsible for picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This position requires a strong attention to detail, efficiency, and a commitment to quality. You'll be a crucial part of our logistics operations, working to meet daily fulfillment targets. Your efforts directly impact customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using RF scanners and pick sheets.
- Inspect items for damage and ensure order accuracy.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, selecting appropriate shipping materials.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for dispatch.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through diligent picking and put-away processes.
- Adhere to all warehouse safety regulations and properly utilize PPE.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Meet established performance metrics for picking and packing.
Previous experience in a warehouse, order fulfillment, or similar role is advantageous. Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods. Capable of lifting up to 40 lbs. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Understanding of warehouse logistics and order fulfillment processes. Must be a team player and able to follow instructions.
