Join our vibrant team as a Warehouse Worker in Miami, Florida! We need dedicated individuals to help manage our busy warehouse operations. This role involves a variety of essential tasks, including loading, unloading, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping products. You will be a key player in ensuring efficient product flow and maintaining a safe, organized workspace, contributing directly to our overall logistics success. Responsibilities:
- Load and unload materials from incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequences.
- Accurately pick orders using order pickers or RF scanners.
- Pack and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring they are properly labeled and secured.
- Assist in maintaining warehouse organization and cleanliness.
- Conduct inventory checks and assist with stock counts.
- Adhere to all company safety guidelines and procedures.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Report any unsafe conditions or damaged goods to supervisors immediately.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or manual labor role is beneficial.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including consistent lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
- Willingness to adhere to strict safety protocols and wear required PPE .
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics .
