Our Phoenix, Arizona location is seeking a motivated Warehouse Associate to join our dedicated logistics team. In this role, you will be involved in a variety of tasks essential to warehouse operations, including receiving and storing goods, picking and packing orders, and preparing shipments. A strong emphasis is placed on Safety, efficiency, and accuracy. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, hardworking, and committed to maintaining a high standard of operational excellence. While prior warehouse experience is an advantage, we provide thorough training. This is an excellent opportunity to build a career in the fast-paced world of logistics and supply chain management.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Store inventory in designated locations accurately.
- Pick items for orders using RF scanners or pick sheets.
- Pack orders carefully and efficiently for shipment.
- Prepare goods for shipping, including labeling and staging.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse floor and work areas.
- Adhere to all Safety regulations and guidelines, including the proper use of PPE.
- Operate material handling equipment as required and trained.
- Assist with inventory cycle counts and stock checks.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to perform strenuous physical activities, including significant Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts and overtime as needed.
- Understanding of warehouse Safety best practices is essential.
