We're seeking reliable and hardworking Warehouse Workers for our Portland, Oregon facility! In this role, you'll be a vital part of our logistics team, responsible for various tasks that keep our warehouse running efficiently. From receiving and stocking to order fulfillment and shipping preparation, your contributions are essential to our success.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for damage or discrepancies.
- Stock merchandise accurately in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack customer orders with speed and accuracy.
- Operate manual equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Assist with loading outbound shipments onto trucks.
- Participate in inventory counts and stock checks.
- Support the overall logistics process by performing assigned tasks diligently.
- Ability to perform tasks involving regular lifting (up to 50 lbs).
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Must be able to perform moderate to heavy lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Understanding of basic warehouse safety procedures and the importance of PPE.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to different tasks within logistics operations.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
