We are looking for diligent individuals to ensure the accurate and efficient processing of customer orders from start to finish. This role is central to our logistics operations, requiring exceptional accuracy, speed, and a keen eye for detail. You will be responsible for picking items from inventory, packing them securely for shipment, and preparing them for dispatch, while also assisting with inventory management and maintaining a clean, safe workspace. Our commitment to Safety is paramount, and all associates must adhere to strict protocols and utilize appropriate PPE. The job involves regular physical activity, including moderate Lifting. Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and put away incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick customer orders with precision using pick lists or scanning technology.
- Pack items carefully to ensure they reach customers safely and undamaged.
- Prepare outgoing orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records through regular counts.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely as needed (e.g., pallet jacks).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Adhere strictly to all Safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Contribute to team efforts and assist with other warehouse tasks as required by the logistics operation.
- Identify and report any operational inefficiencies or safety concerns.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a fulfillment, warehouse, or logistics role is beneficial.
- Ability to perform moderate Lifting, up to 40 lbs, regularly.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to order accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently and meet productivity targets in a fast-paced setting.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of warehouse Safety standards and the importance of wearing PPE.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and perform various physical tasks throughout the shift.
