Job Summary:

As a Warehouse Associate, you will be involved in various aspects of warehouse management, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping. This role demands reliability, physical capability, and a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy and minimize errors. You will operate warehouse equipment safely and effectively, manage inventory, and maintain a clean and organized work area. Your commitment to following all Safety protocols and utilizing provided PPE is non-negotiable. This position requires consistent Lifting of materials and the ability to work in a dynamic team environment. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
  • Stock and organize products in designated warehouse locations.
  • Pick and pack orders accurately based on customer requirements.
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery safely.
  • Conduct inventory cycle counts and assist in maintaining inventory accuracy.
  • Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and free from hazards.
  • Comply with all company Safety policies and procedures, including the use of PPE .
  • Perform tasks involving frequent Lifting of items up to 60 lbs.
  • Contribute to the overall efficiency of our Logistics department.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as a Warehouse Associate or similar role.
  • Ability to operate warehouse equipment (forklift certification a plus).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Physical ability to perform manual labor, including standing, bending, and Lifting .
  • Knowledge of warehouse Safety regulations.
  • Familiarity with Logistics and inventory management systems is advantageous.
