Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming stock and materials.
- Pick and pack orders accurately for shipment.
- Stock and organize inventory in designated areas.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks (training provided).
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the distribution center.
- Adhere strictly to all safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE.
- Assist with shipping and loading processes.
- Participate in inventory counts and checks.
- Follow instructions and work effectively within a team.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center role is preferred.
- Ability to perform frequent lifting (up to 50 lbs), bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Understanding of safety regulations in a logistics environment.
- Reliable and punctual attendance.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed.
