Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics activities.
- Manage inventory accuracy and conduct regular cycle counts.
- Supervise and train warehouse personnel, fostering a positive and productive team environment.
- Implement and enforce all safety policies and procedures, including proper use of PPE.
- Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness.
- Operate and ensure proper maintenance of warehouse equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues as they arise.
- Liaise with other departments and external vendors to ensure efficient workflow.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in warehouse supervision or coordination.
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control software.
- Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain operations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, when necessary.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a warehouse setting.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
