We are seeking dedicated individuals to be a key part of our logistics team, ensuring the efficient processing of goods. Your responsibilities will include receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping merchandise. This role requires a proactive approach and the ability to handle the physical demands of the job, including regular Lifting of items up to 50 pounds. Maintaining a safe work environment is a top priority, and all associates must strictly adhere to safety guidelines and utilize provided personal protective equipment (PPE). You will work collaboratively with other team members to meet operational targets and contribute to the smooth functioning of our supply chain. Responsibilities:
- Process incoming and outgoing inventory efficiently.
- Pick and pack orders accurately according to specifications.
- Stock merchandise on shelves and in designated storage areas.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety policies and wear appropriate PPE.
- Assist with inventory control and cycle counts.
- Support overall Logistics operations and workflow.
- Perform duties that involve frequent Lifting.
- Report any discrepancies or issues to supervisors.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is beneficial.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing for extended periods and frequent Lifting.
- Basic understanding of Logistics and warehouse operations.
- Awareness of safety procedures and the importance of PPE.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Willingness to work flexible hours if needed.
