We are seeking diligent Warehouse Workers to join our growing team in Boise, Idaho. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be involved in a variety of essential tasks that keep our logistics operations running smoothly. Your duties will encompass receiving and stocking inventory, picking and packing orders, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and assisting with outgoing shipments. This role requires physical stamina and the ability to perform regular Lifting of goods, sometimes up to 50 pounds. Safety is our utmost priority; you will be expected to adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack orders for shipment.
- Organize and maintain warehouse stock.
- Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles.
- Follow all safety protocols, including the correct use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory counts and record-keeping.
- Support overall Logistics efficiency.
- Perform tasks requiring manual Lifting and movement.
- Report any safety concerns or equipment issues.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or manual labor experience is a plus.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform frequent Lifting.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and Logistics.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and the importance of PPE.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Good physical coordination.
- Willingness to learn new tasks.
