In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for accurately picking items from inventory to fulfill customer orders and then carefully packing them for shipment. Your attention to detail and efficiency are critical to ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment. This position requires physical dexterity, the ability to stand for extended periods, and consistent lifting of products. We maintain a strong emphasis on safety, and all team members are required to use the appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and follow established safety protocols. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a warehouse or picking/packing environment. You will work closely with our shipping department to ensure that all outgoing packages meet our high standards. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves based on order fulfillment sheets.
- Verify item codes and quantities before packing.
- Efficiently and safely pack orders to prevent damage during transit.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for dispatch.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station and surrounding area.
- Adhere to all warehouse safety guidelines and use of PPE.
- Report any stock discrepancies or damages immediately.
- Meet established productivity and quality standards.
