Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and log all incoming inventory.
- Organize and store materials in assigned warehouse bays.
- Accurately pick items for orders using handheld scanners or order sheets.
- Pack items securely for shipment, ensuring product integrity.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely.
- Operate material handling equipment as needed.
- Maintain a tidy and hazard-free workspace, following all Safety guidelines.
- Perform regular inventory checks and report any stock discrepancies.
- Adhere to company policies regarding handling and storage of goods.
- Always use required PPE, including safety vests and gloves.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a warehouse setting is preferred but not required.
- Physical stamina and the ability to handle frequent Lifting up to 60 pounds.
- Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus.
- Team player mentality with good interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of Safety procedures and protocols.
- Availability to work flexible shifts as needed.
- Commitment to wearing and maintaining PPE.
