Join our growing team as an Inventory Control Specialist in Boise, Idaho. This position is essential for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our inventory, directly impacting our logistics efficiency. You will be responsible for managing inventory levels, conducting regular cycle counts, investigating and resolving discrepancies, and ensuring all inventory transactions are meticulously recorded. A strong focus on safety and adherence to proper handling procedures is crucial. While the role primarily involves data management and analysis, some lifting of inventory items may be required during audits or discrepancy investigations. We provide all necessary PPE to ensure a secure working environment. The ideal candidate possesses excellent organizational skills, a keen attention to detail, and experience with inventory management software. Responsibilities include:
- Performing cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
- Investigating and reconciling inventory discrepancies.
- Maintaining accurate inventory records in our Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Monitoring stock levels and identifying low stock or overstock situations.
- Reporting on inventory accuracy and suggesting process improvements.
- Collaborating with warehouse and operations teams to resolve inventory issues.
- Ensuring compliance with all inventory control policies and procedures.
