Become a vital part of our logistics team as a Fulfillment Associate in Salt Lake City, Utah! In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of customer orders, from picking and packing to preparing shipments. You will work with various warehouse systems and equipment to manage inventory and fulfill orders efficiently. Safety is our top priority, and you must diligently follow all safety protocols and wear the required PPE to maintain a secure workplace. This position requires physical stamina, including frequent lifting, standing, and movement throughout your shift. We are looking for detail-oriented, motivated individuals with a strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence. Previous experience in a fulfillment center or warehouse environment is beneficial. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from inventory to fulfill customer orders.
- Inspect products for quality and condition before packing.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, including labeling and documentation.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and organize stock within the warehouse.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and scanning devices.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
- Perform tasks that involve frequent lifting, bending, and standing.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a fulfillment center, warehouse, or logistics role is a plus.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring consistent lifting and manual handling.
- Understanding of warehouse safety procedures and the importance of PPE.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
