You will be responsible for picking items from warehouse shelves based on order lists, carefully packing them for shipment, and preparing them for dispatch. Accuracy and speed are key, but safety is paramount. All employees must adhere to strict safety protocols, including the proper use of PPE, to maintain a secure work environment. This position requires physical stamina, as it involves significant lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. We are looking for motivated individuals with a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves according to order specifications.
- Inspect picked items for quality and accuracy.
- Pack products securely and appropriately for safe transit.
- Stage packed orders for shipment.
- Maintain an organized and clean work environment.
- Follow all company safety guidelines, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Perform tasks involving frequent lifting, reaching, and standing.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a picker, packer, or in a similar warehouse role is preferred.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Understanding of warehouse safety procedures and the importance of PPE.
- Familiarity with logistics and order fulfillment processes.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
