We are seeking energetic and reliable Warehouse Workers to join our facility in Baltimore, Maryland. This position involves a wide range of tasks critical to our warehouse operations and logistics chain. You will be responsible for receiving, storing, and shipping goods, accurately picking and packing orders, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, able to handle repetitive tasks, and possess a strong work ethic. A commitment to safety is paramount, and you will be expected to follow all company safety guidelines, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Sort and place incoming items into appropriate stock locations.
- Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
- Maintain an organized and clean workspace, free of hazards.
- Conduct inventory counts and assist with stocktaking as needed.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including proper lifting techniques and the use of PPE.
- Assist with loading outbound shipments.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient warehouse operations.
- Support the overall logistics process by completing assigned tasks in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is an asset.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions carefully.
- Basic understanding of warehouse safety and the importance of PPE.
- A proactive attitude towards contributing to our logistics success.
