Join our busy warehouse in Atlanta, Georgia as a Warehouse Worker! We are looking for dependable and energetic individuals to support our daily operations. Your responsibilities will include a range of tasks essential to our logistics flow, such as receiving and inspecting goods, stocking shelves, picking and packing orders, and preparing shipments. This role requires a commitment to Safety and adherence to all established protocols, including the proper use of PPE. Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Stock shelves and organize inventory in designated areas.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring correct labeling and packaging.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment such as hand trucks and pallet jacks.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe working environment.
- Follow all company Safety rules and procedures, including correct Lifting techniques.
- Work collaboratively with other warehouse personnel to achieve team goals.
- Support the overall logistics and distribution processes.
Qualifications:
Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus, but not required. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including regular Lifting of up to 50 lbs. Basic understanding of warehouse operations. Willingness to follow instructions and learn new skills. Commitment to maintaining a safe workplace and using appropriate PPE. Good physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods. Team-oriented attitude and good communication skills. Understanding of basic logistics principles.
