Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick and pack customer orders with speed and precision.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with stock reconciliation.
- Operate manual and powered warehouse equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
- Follow all company Safety policies and procedures, including correct Lifting techniques.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational targets.
- Support the smooth execution of all warehouse logistics.
- Report any operational issues or discrepancies to management promptly.
Qualifications:
Prior warehouse experience is beneficial but not required. Must be able to perform tasks involving frequent standing, walking, and Lifting up to 50 lbs. Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics. Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes. Commitment to Safety and the proper use of PPE is mandatory. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
