Our Columbus, Ohio distribution center is looking for a skilled Material Handler to ensure the efficient movement of goods. In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining the smooth operation of our warehouse. Responsibilities include receiving and inspecting incoming materials, transferring stock to designated storage areas, preparing materials for shipment, and operating material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks. You will also assist with inventory counts and maintain a clean and orderly workspace. Safety is our top priority, and all handlers are expected to strictly follow all Safety procedures and guidelines. This role involves significant physical exertion, including frequent Lifting of objects up to 50 lbs. Proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is non-negotiable. A strong understanding of warehouse Safety protocols and Logistics operations is essential. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and possesses excellent hand-eye coordination.
