Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order specifications.
- Inspect products for quality before packaging.
- Package orders securely and efficiently for shipping.
- Verify order accuracy before sealing packages.
- Operate hand-held scanning devices for inventory management.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- Adhere to all warehouse safety procedures and guidelines, including wearing required PPE.
- Meet or exceed productivity and accuracy standards.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
- Ensure proper labeling of all outgoing shipments.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in picking, packing, or order fulfillment is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret order pick sheets.
- Proficiency with warehouse scanners is a plus.
- Ability to perform moderate lifting (up to 30 lbs).
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Commitment to safety and following instructions.
