Become a key player in our e-commerce operations as a Fulfillment Associate in Raleigh, North Carolina. This role is fundamental to ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. You will be responsible for a range of tasks including picking items for orders, packing them securely for shipment, and preparing them for dispatch. A strong attention to detail, efficiency, and a commitment to quality are paramount. This position operates in a dynamic environment where speed and accuracy are critical to our Logistics success. We prioritize the well-being of our staff and mandate the use of appropriate PPE . This role involves considerable standing, walking, and potentially Lifting of packages up to 40 pounds. Adherence to all Safety regulations is non-negotiable.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products based on customer orders.
- Pack items securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Label packages correctly for shipping.
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed, such as order pickers or pallet jacks.
- Conduct quality checks on products and packaging.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, including stock counts.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of the fulfillment center.
- Follow all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Wear and properly utilize all required PPE .
- Support the timely processing of orders within our Logistics chain.
- Participate in tasks requiring moderate physical exertion, including Lifting and moving items.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or distribution environment is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, including potential weekends or evenings.
- Comfortable with manual tasks, including picking, packing, and occasional Lifting .
- Understanding of order fulfillment and Logistics workflows.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and proper use of PPE .
