Your responsibilities will span various warehouse functions, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders. This is a hands-on role where attention to detail, speed, and a commitment to safety are paramount. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming inventory.
- Stock and organize products within the warehouse according to established procedures.
- Accurately pick items for customer orders.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Prepare shipments for pick-up by carriers.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification may be required).
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with stock management.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Comply with all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations, including the use of PPE.
- Adhere to proper lifting techniques and guidelines to prevent injuries.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
- Ability to read and understand order instructions and product labels.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety protocols and willingness to use PPE.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable and punctual attendance.
