Join our dynamic logistics team as a Receiving Clerk in Madison, Wisconsin. In this critical role, you will be responsible for the accurate and efficient processing of all incoming shipments. Your duties will include checking deliveries against order forms, inspecting goods for damage or discrepancies, meticulously recording received items in our inventory system, and ensuring proper staging for put-away. You will work collaboratively with our warehouse associates and management to maintain smooth operational flow. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and has a proven ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Prior experience in warehouse receiving or inventory control is highly desirable. Familiarity with warehouse management systems and basic computer skills are necessary. We are deeply committed to workplace safety and require all employees to adhere strictly to safety protocols, including the correct use of PPE. This role requires the ability to perform tasks involving regular lifting of up to 60 pounds. A good understanding of logistics and inventory management principles will enable you to excel.
